...about the great sound quality. Every voice speaks clearly. (And they all have so much to say.)

I was very depressed about having to miss this show for family reasons. had front row tickets to sit next to my friend bobby, and couldn't go at the last minute. If it is at all possible for me to feel better about this, it's because of the great setlist and playing quality in this show, and especially because of the quality of the source.
People, it does not get better than this for an audience recording, it just doesn't. all the instruments are balanced, clear, and crisp, and you have just a hint of audience sound. Basically, it's perfect. If bobby had told me this was a SBD pull, i would have most likely believed him.
Get this show now, amazing music from the best musicians in the world, captured perfectly to audio. enjoy :)

Fabulous. Never seen the Flecktones, probably never will, unless they come to the UK :-( But this gig, the sound quality, everything about it - is simply superb!
Does the star rating go to 10? **********

This is the best of the best
Short version - You will not find a better audience recording than this. Great, great show as well.
Bloated version - I figure it's about time to start reviewing some of the great shows I have come across of this great site. First off I have DLd close to a hundred shows (from various bands) and the criteria that I have when choosing a show is pretty strict. Not only does the show have to be good, it has to sound good too. You could offer me the greatest, most entertaining show in the world and I'll turn my nose up at it if the sound is not up to par. So obviously most of my collection is made up of SBDs or DSBDs. I'm not against audience recordings it's just that most of them (to me) are a little boomy or distant (don't get me wrong, there are some great ones out there).
Now this recording is perfect in every way IMO. I thank Bobby for taping this. I saw Bela and the boys a few weeks before hand in Texas (Bass Hall) and was disappointed to hear that the one taper didn't get a good recording (in fact I/we may never even get to hear it - good or bad) This tour BFFT are on fire and I really wanted a good show to keep the memories fresh. Well this one does more than that. This could almost pass for an official release. BFFT never disappoint and seem to keep getting better.
This is a must have.

Exceptional Live Sound
If you could describe a live recording as gorgeous, this one takes the cake. Beautiful sound, crisp with just the slightest reverb--which only adds to the live feeling of these tracks. A superb recording of a great concert, truly immortalizing an amazing evening of music. Very nice work.

Unbelievable! No dings scrapes or scratches! Crisp as an Iceberg!
If ever there was a benchmark live recording, here it is. I've listened to it twice over already, and I'm going for the third time. Great show, great tracks, beautifully cut. Keep'm cookin' BL Guillen!
